Before evidence and reviewer feedback are sent to AI, Philosoftools detects identifying details such as organisations, people, contacts, and addresses. You confirm the pseudonymization first; real names return only when you export the final report.
Detect
Deterministic detection plus your engagement dictionary surfaces organisations, people, emails, addresses, and other identifiers in documents and reviewer feedback.
Review
Add what was missed, remove false positives, and confirm the replacement set before anything is sent to a model.
Export
AI works on pseudonym tokens such as ORG_1 and PERSON_2. Original names are restored locally only when you finalize and export the report.
